Let’s talk
We can book in an easy phone call to start. We can discuss your overall goals for the project, and any thoughts you have on possible budget and an idea of timeline. If you’re not quite sure if you want to go ahead with the full project, we have some initial services that can be done separately, without any further commitment.
Initial Services
Consultation - We can meet you to discuss the project. This would usually take place at the property, so that we can see and get a feel for the house itself, and get a better understanding of your thoughts and requirements. It’s also an opportunity for us to understand more about your ideas and so we can give an insight into the design and construction process, and show you some of the design and documentation that would typically be produced for a project.
Budget Study - If you’re wanting to get an idea of cost before starting the project, we can produce a budget study based on existing plans, using our experience of construction costs.

Fees
Once we’ve established your brief and budget, we can put together a fee proposal. This will outline what we will do for each stage of the project, and the associated fees.

The studio has won the 2020 Houses Award for its Cremorne Point Apartment project, and in 2021 was nominated for the Dezeen Awards 'Emerging Architect of the Year', as well as selected for the 2018 Wallpaper* Magazine Architects' Directory - both publications featuring their selection of the top twenty emerging practices worldwide.
